Trees NC is Hot This Summer
/
Summer 2011 has been hot in North Carolina, with temperatures soaring into the 90's day after day.
But, the heat has not slowed down the Trees NC team, as we have experienced what may be our best summer ever - in terms of the results we have seen in the communities we serve.
Thanks to the hard work of our team of volunteers, committed board members and our sponsors - we are changing lives, creating jobs, and improving the natural environment.
Thanks to all of you that have helped us plant trees, clean streams, grow a community garden, and paint a mural using paints destined for the landfill.
Together we are making a difference!
